Fine custom jewelry:

Michael and Nicole will work with you to design jewelry and bring your heart's desire to life, be it a fun personal piece, colored stone tennis bracelet, custom cut sapphire earrings, or an intricate engagement ring or wedding wedding band. We seek to create a personalized concierge experience focused around your budget, design goals, diamond and colored stone preferences, and time frames. Michael also enjoys redesigning family heirloom jewelry that clients have an emotional attachment to but no longer wear. He takes great care to preserve the sentimental value of these pieces while transforming them into something new and beautiful that clients will love.

Custom cut gemstones, repair, and repolish:

Michael is a seasoned gem cutter, who specializes in cutting gemstones from rough material as well as gemstone repair and repolishing. Michael can help source both diamonds and colored gemstones.

Do you offer repairs or adjustments on jewelry?

Yes, we offer a variety of repair and adjustment services for jewelry, such as resizing rings, repairing broken chains, gold and rhodium plating, and replacing lost or damaged gemstones. Please use our contact us link to contact us.

How can I take care of my jewelry?

To take care of your jewelry, it is important to keep it clean and store it properly. We recommend cleaning your jewelry regularly with a soft cloth or soft toothbrush and mild soap (we like Dr. Bronners) and water. When not wearing your jewelry, store it alone in a safe place, such as a jewelry box or a pouch. Never clean your ring with harsh abrasives, such as toothpaste and a toothbrush. Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals such as chlorine or bleach. It is important to note that not all gemstones can be cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaner and steam cleaner, reach out to us for advice.

Do you offer financing or layaway options?

We do not offer financing and layaway options. Shop Pay is available on our website and breaks up the total into 4 no interest payments.

Do you offer a warranty or guarantee on your jewelry?

Yes, we offer a warranty on our jewelry. Our warranty period covers 6 months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any defects in materials and craftsmanship. If you have any issues with your jewelry within the 6 month warranty period, please contact us so we can assist you.

Do you offer Gift wrapping and gift cards?

We do not offer gift cards at this time. If you are purchasing a piece of jewelry as a gift, please let us know and we will be happy to gift wrap it and include a card with a personal message.
